Aucor Auctioneers is putting a developed property in Postmasburg in the Northern Cape under the hammer from 1 to 6 November 2021. In an investment opportunity of a lifetime the plot offers a possible net income of R1.2 million per year return on investment.
The net return does not consider the possible development of a mining right on the property. The mining right pertains to indications of a diamond deposit. The transfer of this mining right forms part of Aucor’s total property package.
Aucor will sell 100% of the shares held in Golden Dividend 401 Pty Ltd to the winning bid. Golden Dividend 401 Pty Ltd is the majority shareholder of the standing mining right.
A monthly rental income of more than R104Â 000 is possible if the 26.5-hectare property, consisting of five unfurnished houses, nine furnished flats, three unfurnished flats, a caravan park with 20 stands with a fully functioning ablution block and a restaurant (with a liquor license) is optimally managed.
This property is close to major mining sites like Kumba Iron ore’s Kolomela and Sishen mines. Kolomela is currently expanding its operations, while several new, smaller mining companies are developing projects in the region. It is thus ideal to house mining contractors and mine workers.Â
The development forms under the Tsantsabane Municipality. The full title deed is transferable. Â Â Â Â Â
